From Airport

The pick up locations from airport are
International- From inside next to Mcdonalds/Krispy Kreme/Vodaphone
Domestic T2- from inside next to Carousel no 5 (adjascent to train information booth)
Domestic T3- From inside next to carousel no 5 (next to flight arrivals information screen).

We allow 1.00-1hr15min for international flights, this will give you enough time to go through customs, get your luggage and go through security.

We allow 15-30min for all domestic flights.

Please advise if you have checked luggage or just carry on, this way we will try to minimise your waiting time at airport.

We get charged on the amount of time spent in the pick up area. $5.00 for first 20min then another $5.00 for next 20min and $10.00 for the following 20min so the drivers have a waiting area which is about 20 min away from pick up area and they will start coming in 45 min after international arrival and 15 min after a domestic arrival.
